General Terms & Conditions

Payments

All invoices are due based on terms outlined in each package. Payments are accepted via credit card, bank transfer, or PayPal.

Client Responsibilities

  • Availability for user testing sessions

Intellectual Property

All custom design work becomes client property upon final payment. Stock assets remain licensed under their original terms.

Termination

Early termination of monthly services requires 30 days' notice. Project-based work is non-refundable once design work has begun.

Third-Party Costs

Client is responsible for all user testing tools, stock assets, and premium software licenses required for the project.
