1. Digital Services (Domains, Hosting, Web Design, SEO, etc.)
Refund Eligibility
✅ Full Refund (Within 30 Days):
Web Hosting: Unused plans canceled within 30 days.
SEO/Social Media Services: If no work has started.
Web Design: 50% refund if canceled within 48 hours of project initiation.
❌ Non-Refundable Services:
Domain Registrations/Transfers (ICANN policy).
SSL Certificates (once issued).
Completed Work (e.g., delivered designs, published content).
Processing Time: 5-10 business days.
2. GO Academy Courses
Refund Conditions
✅ 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee:
Refund if requested within 7 days of purchase (no course progress beyond 20%).
❌ Non-Refundable After:
Completing >20% of course content.
Downloading certificate-ready materials.
Partial Refunds:
Technical issues preventing access (prorated based on usage).
3. Subscriptions & Renewals
Auto-Renewals: Cancel anytime before the next billing cycle.
No Retroactive Refunds for unused subscription periods.
