• One-time or installment payments (varies by course).

• Course fees include access to materials for 12 months from purchase.

C. Blog Content

• Premium articles/downloads may require payment (clearly marked).

3. Billing Cycles & Renewals

• Subscriptions: Monthly/annual, charged automatically until canceled.

• Renewal Notices: Sent 7 days before billing.

• Failed Payments: 3 retry attempts before service suspension.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

A. Digital Services

• Domains/SSL: Non-refundable (ICANN policy).

• Web Design: 50% refund if canceled within 48 hours of project start.

• Hosting/SEO: Pro-rated refunds within 30 days if unsatisfied.

B. GO Academy Courses

• 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: Request via info@globaloverline.com.

• No refunds after completing >20% of course content.

C. Exceptions

• No refunds for abuse violations or chargebacks.

5. Disputes & Chargebacks

• Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account termination and legal action.

• Contact us first to resolve billing issues.

6. Taxes

• All fees are exclusive of taxes. Applicable VAT/GST added at checkout.
